The right to participation in the program is in accordance with the conditions of the agreement and is indicated below: (C) Subject to Article 21.05(s) below, the following provisions will enter into force at the beginning of the academic year 2019/2 020 in force and applies to the academic year 2020/2021 and the academic year 2021/2022: in the guard area, clean sheets and towels must be changed for 24 hours; a door locked from the inside; a bed; a bedside table lamp; privacy; a telephone; a non-public shower with hot and cold running water; a non-public sink; non-public toilets; an appropriate office; and a chair. The employer will endeavor to provide a conventional hospital bed or bed, a private telephone and adequate access to computer resources. This provision assumes that the resident begins the employer as he should and ends the above leave. 11.05 Work on Statutory Holiday If a resident is required to start work on a statutory holiday in accordance with section 11.01 and works as intended, the resident shall receive double (2X) of their normal rate and another day off with payment; with the exception of Good Friday, Christmas and Labour Day, when the remuneration is twice as much as half (2.5) of their standard rate, plus one day off instead of the leave. We recommend that labour law provide all workers with several forms of representation that are free from employer intervention. These include company observers, works councils, non-exclusive tariff representation and exclusive tariff representation. (D) A mutual agreement of the Committee shall be accepted as an amendment to the collective agreement for the specified resident and without prejudice to the position of either party with regard to the importance or interpretation of other provisions of the collective agreement during the term of the collective agreement. . . .
